French ATM cover was received in corner broken and heavy wet damaged condition with one piece of ATM label on the front side, all other stamps was disappeared.
The cover was cancelled with a blue ink postal chop, as "The cover was arrived in heavy wet condition" by Taipei Airmail Processing Centre.
