Republic of China (Taiwan) ROCUPEX 2013 Commemorative ATM postage labels will official releasing from August 23, 2013, the annual national stampex will held at Taipei Postal Museum from August 23 to 27, 2013.
The ROCUPEX 2013 stampex temporary post office will provide 5 units of modified Innovation ATM machines with machine code 100, 101, 102, 103 and 106, and three color print (BLACK, RED and GREEN).
All ATM collectors will have FIVE MINUTES time limits per transaction, based on first come first self-service from 9:00am to 5:00pm.
