Republic of China (Taiwan) 2010 Taipei Flora Exposition will official grand opening from November 6, 2010, the Taipei Championships Invitation Stampex will held at Taipei Postal Museum from November 5 to 9, the stampex will sponsored by Taipei post office, Postal Museum and Chinese Taipei Philatelic Society.
Taipei post office will fully supporting the first day circulating the giant panda ATM postage labels from November 5, 2010, the stampex temporary post office will provide six units Innovation ATM machines with three color print during the five days special philatelic activities.
The exclusive limited special three color prints will served within five days from Taipei Postal Museum temporary post office only, all the six units ATM machines will daily change printer color ribbons (see the schedule chart), other 40 units ATM machines will remain use black print only.
ATM machine code: 077, 100, 101, 102, 103 and 108.
Color prints: Black, Blue and Red
Time Limit: All collector will limit 5 minutes per transaction only.
