Taipei Postal Museum will provide six units latest upgraded Innovation ATM machines with exclusive limited three color print (Black, Blue and Red), from November 5 to 9, every collectors will using FIVE MINUTES per transaction, repeat transaction allowed, but usually will queue for several hours waiting for next transaction again.
