Republic of China (Taiwan) will issue a set of two pieces Giant Panda ATM postage labels, on November 5, 2010 in commemorate the 2010 Taipei International Flora Exposition from November 6, 2010 to April 25, 2011.
2010 Taipei International Championships Invitation Stampex will held at the Taipei Postal Museum from November 5 to 9, 2010, the postal museum will provide six units Innovation ATM machines for grand first day circulating giant panda ATM postage labels, three color prints (BLACK, BLUE and RED) will serve to all distinguished collectors,
The stampex will provide an exclusive limited SUPER DELUXE giant panda ATM collections, every machine code will provide three color prints, each album will contains with 99 pieces labels from NT$1 to NT$99, every machine code will provide three color prints.
Every album face value will costs for NT$4,950 (about Euro 116) in 18 combinations (6 machine codes x 3 color prints), the total face value will be NT$89,100 (Euro 2,088).
