ROC (Taiwan) Giant Panda ATM Issue
After a long stamps printers bidding procedures, the Netherlands Joh Enschede will handle printing works for the ROC (Taiwan) Giant Panda ATM postage labels, the new ATM postage labels will contains with two different designs in setenant of two labels within same paper roll.
The giant panda ATM labels will issue on or about end October 2010.
