Simulated four color prints.Republic of China (Taiwan) GPO will releasing the First Anniversary Cross-Strait Direct Mail Service between ROC (Taiwan) and communist China commemorative ATM postage labels on December 15, 2009.
ROC (Taiwan) GPO will issue a set of souvenir folder, the special folder will contains with two set of commemorative ATM in black and red print on first day issue date.
