Courtesy to Li ChunfengRepublic of China (Taiwan) GPO will issue a set special ATM on or about December 15, 2009 in commemorate the first anniversary of strait links between ROC (Taiwan) and mainland China, the ROC (Taiwan) GPO was issue the Launch Strait Links (twin pigeons) commemorative ATM on December 15, 2008.
