Republic of China (Taiwan) GPO will releasing the third edition tung flowers ATM postage labels on October 14, 2009 within all the 30 units of Innovision ATM machines in black print only.
The selected color prints will exclusive limited releasing by all the following listed post offices, as:
Green print, by Pindung post office on October 2009,
Green print, by Taichung post office on Octover 2009,
Blue print, by Taipei Xanchung post office on October 2009.
