Republic of China (Taiwan) black print tung flowers ATM in shifted right side print, the machine code 079 was missing, the error print ATM labels was issued on April 15, 2009 from Taipei Danshui post office.
The error prints was inspected by postal clerk and make all the necessary adjustment procedure immediately, there are a small amout of error prints was released within one hour.
