Republic of China (Taiwan) GPO was official announced that the second series Tung Flowers ATM will postpone the first day issue date on December 1, 2008, based on the unconfirmed information there are some technical mistakes on the new ATM, this is the first ATM print by Taiwan local stamp printing company, all the previous ATM issues was print by well-known printing works from Switzerland and the Netherlands.
