The special limited edition red and green print ATM stamps will packed with a souvenir folder, contains with full set of domestic and international postal rates in eight different values, but an extra additional high denominated NT$99 will included in the folder.
The limited edition of blue and green print ATM stamps by Nagler ATM machine without machine code, circulated at Zhanghua post office on Febraury 3, from 9:00 am to 12:am only.
The new Taiwan Trout Fish ATM stamps still not confirmed for the circulating date, so the Taiwan GPO will try to clean all the remains stocks of Taiwan Black Bear ATM stamps, so it must be some more different color prints of Taiwan Black Bear stamps will put on special limited circulating plans on next few months.
