Taipei 2012 Invitational Philatelic Exhibition, a well-organized annual international stampex will grand opening on August 9, 2012, the stampex will held at Taipei Postal Museum from August 9 to 13, 2012.
The stampex temporaey post office will provide three units of modified Innovation ATM machines with machide code 101, 102 and 103 and using Auspicious Dragon ATM postage labels in BLACK and RED print during the five days philatelic service to all collectors.
