The Formosan black bear ATM postage labels was origin printed by the Netherlands Joh Enschde in 2000 pcs per roll with four digits serial number in every fifth label on gum side, the ATM paper roll was local rework overprinted with seven digits serial number on every piece of black bear ATM labels.
