Republic of China (Taiwan) GPO official announcement for the new ATM will issue on December 15, 2009 in commemorate the first anniversary of the Cross Strait Direct Mail Service between ROC (Taiwan) and mainland China.
The official announcement finally published on ROC (Taiwan) GPO official website, on December 11, 2009 4:00pm.
