Taiwan Tung flowers ATM was issued on March 7, 2008 under the national ID as TAIWAN, after several months, based on the government decisions, all the new stamps will change back with the official national name as REPUBLIC OF CHINA.
The flowers ATM will be the first also the last ATM with the name of TAIWAN.
