Fengyuan post office was joint with Fengyuan railway station to celebrate the annual Taiwan Railway Festival on June 9, a temporary post office was held at the Fengyuan railway station, provide an exclusive limited amout of GREEN print Taiwan black bear and CKS (2006 national stampex overprinted) to all collectors.
