Taiwan annual ROCUPEX'07 national stampex will held at Tainan Chengkung post office (south Taiwan) from September 21 to 25, the national stampex will issue a special overprinted black bear ATM with commemorate wording and serial number on the front side of the black bear ATM labels.
The ROCUPEX'07 commemorative ATM in total quantity of 240,000 pieces only, 2000 pieces per roll, the stampex temporary post office will equipped with four units of new model ATM machines, another 11 post offices will joint circulating the limit quantity commemorative ATM on same day.
A six digit red color serial number on the central bottom side, starting from AA0001 to EP2000.
All the 120 units Nagler and Variosyst 503a and 503b ATM machines was retired from Taiwan postal service since March 2007, the first lot of 15 units Variosyst compatible ATM machines will starting service from September 21, 2007.
