Rocupex 2007 National Stampex will held on September 21 ~ 26 at the Tainan post office (south Taiwan), the last remaining stock estimate less than 300,000 pieces of Taiwan black bear ATM stamps will clearing during the national stampex period.
Taiwan GPO will CLEARING the last remaining stock of black bear ATM with overprinting of the Rocupex 2007 commemorating wording and logo on the black bear ATM labels.
There are 4 units of new model ATM machines (with four different machine code)will installed at the stampex temporary post office, during the stampex period, there are four different color letter prints on 2007 national stampex, the other post offices ATM machines will print in black color only, but all Taiwan ATM machines was stop service since March 2007 until yet, a lot of machines was removed without further explanations.
