ROC ~ Taiwan ATM Machines Stop Use

Taiwan GPO was stop use all the ATM machines without confirmed reasons, from March 3, 2007.

Current circulating Black Bear and White Cranes ATM labels will no more supplying until all the ATM machines open service again.
