ROC ~ Remarkable Date on September 9, 2010

Republic of China (Taiwan) was established on October 10, 1911 as the first Asian democratic republic, we will commemorate the ROC centennial anniversary on 2011.
In ROC (Taiwan), all the postal postmarks was divided into two different systems, as:
1. All the domestic mails will postmarked with ROC calendar year mark as 98 on 2009, 99 on 2010, as same as the Japan or Thailand domestic postmarks will using their national calendar year mark.
2. All the international mails will using postmarks with international calendar year mark, as 2009, 2010, 2011.

On September 9, 2010 9:00am, all the ROC (Taiwan) domestic use postmarks will marked as 99.9.9.9, a special remarkable date to all ROC (Taiwan) peoples and all worldwide philatelic collectors.
