Republic of China (Taiwan) GPO philatelic department was official announeced that the second series tung flowers ATM postage labels will issue on April 15, 2009, the new issue ATM labels will releasing within all the 30 units Innovision ATM machines on same time, the new ATM postage labels will printing by Taiwan domestic stamps printer, in total quantity of 600,000 pcs (300 rolls, 2000 pcs per roll).

At least 5 different post offices will provide a special pictorial postmarking service on the first day issue date on April 15, 2009.
